Cookie Policy

1) Collection of data through Cookies

A cookie is a small text string that the sites visited send to the user's computer browser, where they are stored when the latter visits a website, to then be re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit.

Cookies are used by the Company to make the Site work or to improve its performance, but also to provide information on the Site or on the User's navigation.

The Site uses cookies both for technical purposes and for other purposes: while technical cookies are used as they are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Site as well as to provide the service expressly requested by the User (e.g. language setting, etc.), such as Better explained below, cookies for additional purposes (e.g. profiling cookies, analytical cookies) are used to carry out behavioral analysis of the User on the Site, in order to improve the contents and send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the User in the context of surfing the net, as indicated below.

1.1 Technical cookies

Technical cookies are essential to allow the User to move within the Site and to use its functions, to remember the user's choices (e.g. language, country of origin, etc.), to distribute requests across multiple servers, to memorize when the User gives his consent to certain options (for example by accepting the use of certain cookies by overcoming the information banner), to allow the User to view content and videos via Adobe Flash Player. These cookies have a duration of 15 days and do not require the User's consent.

1.2 Performance and analytics cookies of the Company

These cookies can be session or persistent, and their use is limited to the performance and improvement of the Site.  These cookies make it possible to recognise, measure and keep track of visitors to the Site, thus allowing improvement and refinement of the Site, for example by establishing whether the User can easily find the information he/she wants, or by identifying which aspects of the Site are of greatest interest. These cookies are used by the Company to process statistical  and anonymous analyzes on how users navigate on the Site, on the number of pages visited or the number of clicks made on a page while browsing. These cookies are assimilated by the privacy legislation to technical cookies, therefore they do not require the User's consent.

2) Disabling cookies through the browser

In addition to being able to choose whether to accept or reject all or part of the cookies used by the Site for other purposes through the mechanisms illustrated in this Privacy Policy, in the future, if you wish, the User can also eliminate the cookies placed by the Site from his browser, also through the settings of the same browser.

Most web browsers are set up to accept cookies. However, the User can configure his browser to restrict the number of cookies accepted or block all cookies, by changing the browser settings  in the following ways:

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Click the 'Tools' icon in the upper right corner and select 'Internet Options'. In the pop-up window select 'Privacy'. Here the User can change the cookie settings.

Google Chrome

Click the “wrench” icon in the upper right corner and select 'Settings'. At this point select 'Show advanced settings' and change the 'Privacy' settings.

MozillaFirefox

From the drop down menu in the top left corner select 'Options'. In the pop-up window select 'Privacy'. Here the User can adjust the cookie settings.

Safari

From the drop-down settings menu in the upper right corner select 'Preferences'. Select 'Security' and here the User can adjust the cookie settings.

It should be noted, however, that disabling the use of all cookies on the Site (including technical ones) will compromise some functions.
