• Commercial support

• Management of existing customer portfolio

• Preparation of offers and personalized quotes

• Telephone contact with customers and consequent development of a commercial relationship

• Order management

• Updating of dedicated databases

 

Requirements required

 

 

• University degree, preferably in economics or statistics

• Familiarity with the main IT applications

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Customer orientation and good interpersonal skills

• Accuracy, punctuality and good stress management skills
