Statistics Conjoint

The Statistics Conjoint module allows researchers to improve thecomprehensionof customer preferences so as toto designproducts or services to be placed on the market, which correspond to thereal needsof consumers.

Statistics Conjoint includes procedures that allow researchers to:

  • To designan orthogonal array of product attribute combinations using the ORTHOPLAN procedure, a project generator.

  • To produceAndprintcards that study the preferences of the respondents to be used to sort, classify or evaluate alternative products.

  • To analyzeresearch data using Conjoint Analysis, a specifically customized regression analysis.

Design an orthogonal array of product attribute combinations

  • Reduce the number of questions asked, providing enough information to perform a comprehensive analysis.

  • Generate fractional factorial designs of orthogonal main effects; ORTHOPLAN is not limited to factors with two levels.

  • Specify a list of variables, optional variable labels, a list of values for each variable, and optional value labels.

  • Generate control sheets to test the most suitable model.

  • Specify the number of boards you want for the plan.

Produce and print cards

  • Specify both the variables to use as factors and the order in which the labels appear.

  • Choose card formats and listing file formats.

  • View the output in pivot tables.

Analyze research data

  • Perform an ordinary least squares analysis of preferences or evaluate the data with the Conjoint procedure.

  • Use the plan file created by PLANCARDS or the plan file created by you, using a data listing.

  • Use classification at the individual level or evaluate the data.

  • Provide aggregated and individual level results.

  • Choose from one of three conjoint simulation methods: max utility, Bradley-Terry-Luce (BTL), and logit.
