Introduction to the analysis of environmental data with Statistics for Data Analysis”:first SPS Live Webinar of the fall

Bologna, 5 September 2019 - SPS, historic player in the world of Analytics, continues to offer appointments - live and online - to strengthen skills in using the solution

SPSS Statistics for Data Analysis, in the various fields of application.

On Tuesday 1st October at 11am SPS will be live with a new webinar:
Introduction to Environmental Data Analysis with
Statistics for Data Analysis
”.

The aim of the appointment will be to provide a premiere

general introduction to data preparation

and on the identification of the optimal statistical technique

related to:

  • the starting data type

  • the analysis objectives

 

The topics covered will receive a bath of concreteness thanks to the practical use examples with Statistics for Data Analysis.

“When dealing with environmental data, data that are generally characterized by great variability and fragmentation, the use of statistics is practically a necessity, so Statistics for Data Analysis is perfect!” declared the speaker of the webinar Arianna Azzellino, professor of the Politecnico di Milano who has been collaborating with SPS for some time in relation to training activities.
Arianna Azzellino is an expert in data, environmental and biological analysis and has followed various consultancies in the environmental sector. He has many years of experience in the field of spatial data management related to modeling and monitoring of environmental and pollution phenomena. In this way, he combined his statistical skills with experiences of analysis using geographic information systems (GIS) and the use of geostatistics for the analysis of environmental data.

 

SPS organizes its webinars thanks to the ideas it receives from the realities with which it collaborates, as well as from its attentive presence in the field. The October 1st webinar will be the first appointment of amini cycle dedicated to the analysis of environmental data.
SPS webinars are an important piece of a complete training offer, which combines these panoramic moments of in-depth study in the classroom with scheduled training lasting a few days, onsite and on-the-job courses, online training.
